We would like to inform you of the schedule of the “Architectural Institute of Korea Student Exhibition” as follows, which aims to exchange information and materials on architectural design education at each university, focusing on the architectural design works of students (undergraduate and graduate) of architecture-related departments across the country. We ask for your interest and participation so that we can submit excellent works from each university.

ㅇ Sponsors: Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Book Publishing Kimundang
ㅇ Content: Selection of excellent design works and exhibition of award-winning works
■ Entry Guidelines
ㅇ Qualifications: Those who are prospective undergraduate graduates and graduate students from architecture-related universities nationwide and who have been selected as excellent works and recommended by the school.
ㅇ Submit a letter of recommendation from the department head (fill out the attached form and submit)
ㅇ Number of submissions
① Limited to one work per person, each school can submit up to 1 works, 1 works each for undergraduate and graduate schools
② In the case of regional campuses or universities with separate majors, 2 works per administrative unit can be submitted.

- Korea University (Seoul Campus): 2 bachelor's works, 2 master's works / Korea University (Gwangju Campus): 2 bachelor's works, 2 master's works
- Korea University (Architecture Major): 2 Bachelor's works, 2 Master's works / Korea University (Interior Architecture Major): 2 Bachelor's works, 2 Master's works
■ Submission schedule
① Application period: September 9nd (Tuesday) - 2th (Friday)
② Submission of work files: September 9 (Thursday) - 18 (Tuesday)
③ Submission of work output: September 9 (Fri) - 19 (Wed)
※ Applications will be made through the 2025 Student Art Exhibition website.
※ The schedule is tight due to the Chuseok holiday. Please check the schedule and submit by the deadline.
※ Detailed information regarding submission of artwork will be provided individually after the submission deadline on Friday, September 9th. (The submission format for printed artwork may change depending on the exhibition format.)
■ Submission method and contents
① Application reception
- Apply for the student exhibition on the website and submit a letter of recommendation after receiving a recommendation from the head of each department (division) at each university (Recommendation Form)
ㅇ Number of submissions
② Submission of work file (jpg)
- Upload to student exhibition website (file name: name of submitter)
- Submit a work review from your advisor (within 600 characters), submit through the website
③ Submission of work output
- Submit the same work as the work submitted on the website
- Since the printout is for review and exhibition, please check the resolution, etc. to match the print size (600*900mm) before submitting it.Attaching 10T foam board)

④ The content of the work should be written in a free form, but it should not include phrases, logos, or real names that could identify the affiliation of the submitter or advisor.
- If the affiliation or name is included, the award may be canceled as it is judged not to conform to the regulations.

ㅇ Prize money and prizes
① Target: Prize money 120 million won
② All winners: 1-year annual fee exemption upon membership in the society
- When signing up for membership, you must pay the membership fee. If you request an exemption from the membership fee, it will be processed.
- Members can be exempted from dues for the next year (2026 dues)

① 80th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony and Fall Academic Presentation Conference Venue
② Online exhibition (Start date: Wednesday, October 2025, 10 / 29 Student Art Exhibition website)
■ The prize money awarded to the winner is hoped to be beneficial to architectural education in our country, and was donated by Lee Woo-dong and Kim Hee-sook in memory of their mother, Jeong Sun-yeong.
※ A collection of award-winning works will be published only for the Grand Prize and Grand Prize, and a separate file is requested for this purpose.
※ Awarded works may be canceled if reasons for disqualification occur even after awarding.

▣ Participants must familiarize themselves with the submission guidelines and schedule, and must check and submit the instructions when submitting the application. The submitter is responsible for any disadvantages that arise from failure to familiarize themselves with the instructions.
