※ All authors must have paid their membership fees in full. If there are any non-members or unpaid members, their names will be deleted from the conference publications (paper collection, program book, etc.).
※ Current university students (student members, associate members) in their 1st to 5th year are exempt from paying membership fees. Please enter your membership information and request a fee exemption from the membership manager (member@aik.or.kr).
※ Those scheduled to graduate in February are requested to change their status to regular membership and then submit the application.

※ If there are two or more papers by the same author, only an additional review fee will be charged for the second paper and thereafter.
(Example) When Student A submits two papers, he/she pays 80,000 won for the first paper and 10,000 won for the second paper.

[Information on the published paper collection "Academic Conference Papers + AR"]
· Among the papers submitted to the academic conference, only those selected for the “Academic Conference Proceedings + AR” will be eligible for AR translation and publication fees (temporarily) after a qualification review (determining whether AR submission is possible).
· Paper submission procedure: When submitting a paper for an academic conference, select “Academic Conference Papers + AR” (must submit 4 pages) → After the academic conference, eligibility review (determination of whether AR submission is possible) and notification of results → Paper revision/supplementation → Translation request (if necessary) → AR submission(The same review process as AR papers)
