👉 Archiplatform is a compound word of Architecture and Platform, and aims to provide new spatial value by building a free architectural environment.
👉We are also interested in local communities and public architecture, and we aim to carry out various works on the identity and public nature of local architecture.
👣What are the strengths of ';Aki Platform Architects Office'?
👉 This is a testament to my extensive experience accumulated through various projects and my ability to directly manage the entire process. I have worked on a variety of projects, including architectural planning, design, and supervision, spanning both public and private sectors. I have personally participated in every step, from client meetings to occupancy approval, accumulating in-depth practical expertise.
👉Another important competitive advantage is that we are expanding our new architectural perspectives through domestic and international field trips and continuous participation in competitions to overcome the limitations of a small local architectural firm.
👣What is the most important factor you consider when hiring new employees?
👉Every time I see a graduation exhibition, I feel that there are many talented individuals with expertise and skills. However, as I gain practical experience, I also realize that the knowledge and skills learned in school don't necessarily translate into attitudes and work styles in society.
👉Architecture isn't a solo endeavor; it's a collaborative endeavor. Ultimately, I believe empathy is crucial, inspiring people's hearts. What new employees need most, more than just skill, is understanding and caring for one another. I believe that differences in ability can be overcome through effort and experience.
👣What should I prepare to help me prepare for job hunting?
👉First, it is important to find an office that is right for you.
Because the scale and nature of projects vary, it's a good idea to research in advance the location that best suits your interests and gain firsthand experience through an internship.
👉Second, small offices allow you to get involved in actual work immediately upon arrival. Initially, you'll assist with ongoing projects and gain experience in a variety of tasks. You'll frequently use a variety of programs, including CAD, retouching, modeling, Hangul, and Excel, so it's recommended that you graduate with basic user skills.
