"Ninety-Fourth, Containing Space": Sound Hannam
📌Sound Hannam📌
';Sounds Hannam'; is a complex cultural space combining residences, offices, F&B, and retail that will redefine urban life.
* Location: 35 Daesagwan-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul
[ A small village built in the city center ]
💡Sound Hannam is a small village-like space where five small buildings are clustered together and organically connected with plazas, alleyways, tunnels, and balconies.
💡Each building is positioned at slightly different angles and heights, making it fun to walk and explore, and conveying emotional warmth through the familiar material of brick.
[ Non-discriminatory space composition ]
💡Sound Hannam was designed without any hierarchy in its spaces. The basement, once shunned for its lack of light, is now seamlessly connected to the first floor via a courtyard and stairs. The second floor is also designed to be accessible through a courtyard and balcony.
[ Alley where light lingers ]
💡The small alleyways between Sound Hannam's spaces reflect natural light, shifting with the passage of time, as it flows across the walls and floors. Throughout, there are spaces that invite visitors to linger. The building is not a disconnection, but a connection, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside, creating a structure where the flow of daily life flows naturally.
[I've collected only the places I want to go every day]
💡Sounds Hannam is more than just a commercial facility. It's a well-balanced collection of spaces, from frequented shops to special occasion spots, centered around the three pillars of urban life: culture, food, and lifestyle.
💡All of these stores were planned from the beginning, taking into account the flow and harmony of the space, and the stores also function as part of the complex's landscape and philosophy.
