[Aerospace Integrated Wind Tunnel Center Expansion Design Competition [Proposal Contest]

• This project aims to expand the Aerospace Integrated Wind Tunnel Center within Seoul National University's Siheung Campus and establish a testing and analysis infrastructure and system to integrate and activate aerospace research and development.
• The purpose is to secure basic research and development data through the expansion of the integrated wind tunnel center, to respond to the demand for private wind tunnel experiments, and to establish a wind tunnel experiment evaluation process by introducing wind tunnel experiment equipment.
• Accordingly, through this design competition, we aim to evaluate the submitted works and select an excellent design plan that can perform functions appropriate to the research purpose of this project.

1. Competition Overview

- Location: 173 Seoul National University-ro, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, within the Seoul National University Siheung Campus
– Main purpose: Education and research facilities
– Land area: 7,100㎡
– Total floor area: 2,570.92㎡ (can be adjusted within -5% of the standard floor area)
– Estimated construction cost: KRW 6,041,656 thousand (VAT included)
– Estimated design cost: KRW 280,914 (VAT included)
- Scheduled design period: 180 days from the start date (including holidays)
