• Implementation of the Basic Living Hub Creation Project for the sustainable development of Naedong-myeon and improvement of residents' quality of life
• Accordingly, the aim is to resolve disparities in cultural and welfare services within the region by establishing the Naedong Cultural Complex Center, thereby expanding cultural and welfare services identified as insufficient within Naedong-myeon, and delivering these services to surrounding villages where living services are relatively weak compared to the hub area.
• The aim is to improve the living conditions of local residents, strengthen the local community and recover the local economy through regional revitalization, and promote balanced development between the hub and surrounding villages.

– Main Use: Class 1 Neighborhood Living Facility (Community Use Facility)
– Land area: 3,800㎡
– Zone/District: Class 2 General Residential Area
– Gross Floor Area: 600㎡ (Adjustable within ±2% of standard gross floor area)
– Size: 2 stories or less above ground, parking capacity 10 (including 2 disabled parking spaces)
– Estimated construction cost: 2,610 million KRW (VAT included)
– Estimated design cost: KRW 140,100 (VAT included)
- Scheduled design period: 180 days from the start date (including holidays)
