– Main Use: Educational and research facilities, sports facilities, Class 1 neighborhood living facilities
– Land area: 11,614.0㎡
– Area/Zone: Planned Management Area, Natural Settlement Area, Public Office Building (Affected)
– Total floor area: 2,903.0㎡ (Adjustable within ±3% of standard floor area) ※ Existing school building floor area: 2,586.6㎡
– Building Coverage Ratio / Floor Area Ratio: Legal limit 40% or less / Legal limit 100% or less
– Estimated Construction Cost: 11,500,000 KRW (VAT included, including civil engineering and landscaping costs around the building)
– Estimated design fee: 602,030 thousand KRW (VAT included)
– Estimated design period: 365 days from the start date (including public holidays and various certifications)
