• The main building of Dodong Elementary School was constructed in [year] and is over 50 years old as of [year]. As it was selected for the Ministry of Education's 'Future School Space Restructuring Project,' this open call is being promoted to demolish the aging school buildings (main and annex) and construct an extension (separate building) to the main building, thereby establishing educational facilities capable of actively responding to changes in future education while simultaneously creating a pleasant and safe educational environment.
• Through the expansion of the main building (spatial restructuring for future schools), this project presents the direction and content of user-centered educational and spatial innovation, green schools, smart classrooms, school complexification, improvement of aging facilities, and safety that general schools can pursue, and furthermore, proposes a benchmark for new schools that will lead the changing future society.

– Main use: Educational research facility (elementary school)
– Land area: 14,632.30㎡
– Total floor area: 3,148.65㎡ (Adjustable within a 3% range, cannot exceed the stated area)
– Estimated construction cost: 10,944,810 thousand won in gold(VAT included)
– Estimated design cost: 446,457 thousand won in gold
– Estimated design period: 240 days (including public holidays)
